Andrey Berezin’s company “Euroinvest Development” became the leader of Leningrad region in the volume of housing under construction

The company “Euroinvest Development”, which belongs to Andrey Berezin, became the leader in “The best construction organization of Leningrad region – 2020” in the category “The best performance of housing under construction”.

Andrey Berezin noted that this prestigious title is a great honor for him and his company. During all the years of presence on the construction market in Leningrad region “Euroinvest Development” has been increasing the amount of housing being built, but it also follows the principles of quality construction to meet the requirements of the present times.

Convenience for future residents is the priority of the company. This is how the developer implements the 3iD format: comfort in the territory of the housing estate, in the building and its entrance halls, and of course, in the apartments themselves. Returning to their home, the owner can forget about the worries of the day and just enjoy relaxing and communicating with loved ones. 

In 2020 the company built about 340 thousand square meters of housing, and this year – more than 550 thousand square meters. “Euroinvest Development” has all chances to win in a same nomination this year, because the current figures have already entered the top-3 of the largest developers of Leningrad region. 

Now the developer is focused on the construction of two residential complexes: iD Murino and iD Kudrovo.

iDMurinoia a residential complex consisting of two buildings with a total area of 82 thousand square meters.

iDKudrovo is a residential complex of three buildings with a total area of almost 137 thousand square meters.

Future owners will buy housing at attractive launch prices and the opportunity to obtain mortgages at a preferential rate of 0.2% in partner banks.
